City of Santa Clarita
The City requires that your pet be leashed at all times. Doggie walk bags are provided in the parks and on the paseos for your use.

County of Los Angeles
Dogs are allowed at County parks and on trails as long as they are on a leash and under the full control of the owner. Dogs are not allowed at the garden facilities.
