Alcoholics Anonymous
Local residents of the SCV now have a place to go find the help they need if they or someone close to them has problems with drinking alcohol. Alcoholics Anonymous has opened a resource/call center in the Santa Clarita Valley called the Santa Clarita Valley Central Office of Alcoholics Anonymous. The answering service is available 24 hours a day. The phone number is 661-250-9922. Local volunteers who all have also recovered are manning the phones to insure that people get the help when they need it.

A Light of Hope Support Center
A Light of Hope (ALOH) is a Santa Clarita non-profit offering support for 14-26 year olds suffering from addiction and their parents. A Light of Hope offers support groups for parents and teens/young adults, sober activities and counseling.

Calling all artists! The Santa Clarita Artists' Association (SCAA) is the only non-profit in the Santa Clarita Valley dedicated to the visual arts. The club offers art enrichment classes at their small gallery in Newhall. There is nothing more rewarding than watching children discovering the magic of creativity.

Providing boys 1st grade and up, and girls over age 14, the opportunity to build citizenship, gain leadership skills, learn about our world, and develop skills for outdoor activities.

Friends of Mentryville
Working with the Santa Monica Mountains Conservancy and the City of Santa Clarita to preserve California's first oil town.

Greater Santa Clarita Optimist Club
The Greater SCV Optimist Club meets the first Wednesday of each month at The Green House Cafe on Bouquet Canyon next to 31 flavors. We are here to help the kids in our community, we are also involved in the 4th of July Parade, the new Holiday Parade, the Optimist Braille Olympics in May, Car Seat Safety Checks, Every 15 minutes, and Hillmans Haunted House.

The SCV Arthritis, Lupus & Fibromyalgia Support Group
This group is for individuals suffering from Arthritis, Lupus, Fibromyalgia, CFS and any other similar diseases in this large group of related illnesses. This group will be a place to learn from each others experiences and to have a group of peers that actually understand what you are going through because you are not alone. These diseases also affect those close to us, so family members & friends are encouraged to join us.

Santa Clarita Amateur Radio Club
This club has been hamming it up for 39 years.

Santa Clarita Dive Club
The Santa Clarita Dive Club is an fun group that consists of active scuba and free divers who live or work in the Santa Clarita Valley. We have monthly meetings, and regular boat and beach dives.

Santa Clarita Special Olympics
The mission of the Santa Clarita Special Olympics, an area program of Special Olympics Southern California (SOSC), is to provide sports training and competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for special children and adults in our community.

Santa Clarita Speed Skating Club
We are an active short track ice speed skating club that offers an exciting training and competition program for all children and adults in our community. Ice skaters of all skill levels are welcome.

The SCV Senior Center is a multipurpose center dedicated to independence, dignity, and quality of life for our senior citizens and the community at large. The Santa Clarita Valley Senior Center enhances independence, dignity and quality of life through community resource management and coordination, advocacy, and a full spectrum of direct quality services.

Young Life
A Christian outreach ministry for adolescents from junior high to college. We also have a specific ministry for students and young adults with special needs that we call Fun Life.
