A nationally published author, it wasn't until she was in her 30's that she appreciated her passion for writing as a gift. Often found with her nose in a book, her idea of enjoying nature has always been watching the sun set from the balcony of a five-star resort--while sipping a good port.
After moving to Los Angeles in 2000, her background in marketing and writing came in handy when she began contributing to Santa Clarita's local magazines. After being asked countless times for her traveling advice and if the articles written were available online, she delved into developing the Santa Clarita Guide. (It didn't hurt that her husband was on hand to write the software necessary!)
Her favorite aspects of the SCG is connecting people with similar interests and sharing information with others.
